【摘要】 贝伐珠单抗抗血管生成疗法在晚期结直肠癌(mCRC)患者治疗中能够发挥重要作用，有利于提升生存率。对贝伐珠单抗抗血管生成疗法的临床标志物进行研究，有利于预测mCRC患者对贝伐珠单抗抗血管生成疗法的反应。本文主要对贝伐珠单抗抗血管生成疗法的临床标志物研究现状进行综述。
