【摘要】 “气阴两虚、阴竭阳脱”是危重症进一步恶化的病机之本，参麦注射液是中医传统的急症用药，近年来在危重症的研究及应用日益广泛。本文通过对参麦注射液在危重症的应用及其可能的机制方面进行综述，进而更加全面、深刻地把握其适应证及应用规律，使其可以更广泛、有效地应用于危重症的治疗。
