 摘 要 作为一名医务人员，要做好体检服务工作，应走进客户群众，倾听群众意见，转变服务理念，同时，进行亲情化规范化服务，加强自身素质建设，提高客户群众满意度，从而取得经济效益和社会效益双丰收。
