 摘 要 本文回顾总结了基础护理的改进和创新，丰富及完善护理理论，推动基础护理的发展，提高护理管理水平，以减少杜绝医疗差错事故，从而提高护理质量。改进方法有变铺床法为套床法、查对方法的改进、沟通方法的改进、健康教育的改进以及配送中心的成立等。
