 摘 要 重型颅脑损伤患者均伴有不同程度的昏迷、咳嗽、吞咽反射减弱及消失，易阻塞气道导致呼吸不畅从而危及生命。因此，保持呼吸道通畅非常重要。在临床工作中要加强巡视，密切观察病情变化，提高自己的业务素质。
