摘 要 目的：分析与研究血清CA125水平监测上皮性卵巢癌临床复发的作用机制。方法：对于治疗后病情稳定的30例患者，即血清CA125降至正常值的患者，定期运用放射免疫法进行测量其CA125水平及其他常规检查项目，至诊断肿瘤复发，对比分析血清CA125水平对肿瘤复发的影响。结果：此次研究的30例患者，血清CA125水平呈阳性13例(43.33%)，CA125水平呈假阴性17例(56.67%)，复发及残存病灶出现在前4个月左右，且CA125呈上升趋势。结论：初愈的上皮性卵巢癌患者，在随访监测过程中，动态监测血清CA125水平的变化以及联合肿瘤标志物的使用，可以及早发现卵巢癌的复发。
