 摘 要 目的：分析卵巢囊腺瘤的CT及临床表现，探讨卵巢囊腺瘤的CT诊断。方法：收治经手术病理证实为卵巢囊腺瘤患者15例，对其临床及CT资料进行回顾性分析。结果：15例卵巢囊腺瘤中浆液性9例，黏液性6例。术前CT检查12例作出了正确诊断，3例误诊。结论：卵巢囊腺瘤分为浆液性与黏液性，CT对卵巢囊腺瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断具有较高的临床价值。
