摘 要 目的：观察中医及西医分别治疗手足口病的临床疗效。方法：将128例手足口病患儿随机平分为中医组和西医组。中医组应用热毒宁治疗，西医组应用单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗。观察两组退热时间、疱疹及口腔溃疡消退时间等指标，比较2种方法的治疗效果。结果：中医组退热时间明显优于西医组(P0.05)。结论：热毒宁和单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗手足口病各有优点，两者治疗的总有效率无明显差异。
