 摘 要 目的：观察小切口切除阑尾的适应证及临床效果。方法：2010年1月-2012年1月收治小切口切除阑尾患者55例，分析临床资料。结果：本组小切口阑尾切除手术效果满意无并发症。结论：小切口切除阑尾与常规切除阑尾相比具有创伤小、疼痛轻、切口美观、经济、并发症少等优点，不需特殊设备，适合在基层医院推广。
