 摘 要 目的：研究老年胆道梗阻性疾病的临床特点、治疗方法和效果。方法：1995年5月-2010年5月收治>65岁胆道梗阻患者100例，对老年胆道梗阻的特点和治疗方法进行研究分析。结果：3例良性梗阻和6例恶性梗阻死于术后并发症或者器官功能衰竭。结论：导致老年胆道梗阻的成因比较复杂，而且病情发展速度，要加大治疗的手术强度，并做好充足的预防感染准备。
