 摘 要 目的：探讨急性冠脉综合征患者院前急救措施，提高抢救成功率及患者生存质量。方法：2012年5月-2013年4月收治院前急性冠脉综合征患者85例，给予及时、迅速、有效地治疗。结果：除2例院前转运途中经抢救无效死亡外，余83例患者送入医院治疗后，均获得满意的治疗效果。结论：及时有效地院前急救，可缓解急性冠脉综合征的病情，为入院后的进一步治疗赢得宝贵的时间，提高患者生存率。
