 摘 要 目的：探讨胫骨平台骨折手术的治疗方法和临床效果。方法：2006-2009年收治胫骨平台骨折患者60例，总结临床体会。结果：60例手术患者，随访1～5年，其中优39例，良16例，一般3例，差2例，优良率91.6%。结论：胫骨平台骨折手术要力求功能复位，充分植骨，最佳固定，最大程度恢复关节结构和功能，是保证关节面的平整和关节稳定重要因素。术后早期合理的功能锻炼能明显减少并发症的发生。
