 摘要本文对实习生在分娩室实习，应从以下两方面入手：选择优秀的带教老师和重视基本技能培训。为毕业后较快的适应临床工作的需要，打下坚实的基础，使他们成为既具有一定的理论知识，又有较强的实践能力的使用型人才。
