 摘要目的：探讨危重症患者早期肠内营养并发症的预防及护理策略。方法：2012年2月-2013年11月收治危重症患者80例，进行肠内营养，观察其并发症及其护理。结果：80例危重症患者体重稳定71例，体重增加5例，血糖控制稳定，营养状况良好。出现腹泻5例，电解质异常3例，高糖血症1例，胃潴留1例，脱管1例。结论：实施病情评估，采取及时合理的护理对策可以提高肠内营养的疗效，预防或减少并发症的发生，促进患者的早日康复。
