 摘要目的：总结19例肺结核肺叶切除后临床护理效果，护理重点包括：术前充分准备，做好有效沟通，全麻后的护理，呼吸道管理，引流液的观察，并发症的预防和护理。本组术后均未出现严重并发症，出现轻度皮下气肿3例，早期肺扩张不全2例，经协助患者有效咳嗽及时清除呼吸道分泌物后，肺扩张良好。19例患者均好转出院。
