 摘要目的：探究对重型脑出血患者的临床急救护理措施和应用效果。方法：2011-2013年收治重型脑出血患者86例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，归纳对重型脑出血患者的急救、护理措施。结果：本次研究有74例脑出血患者顺利抢救，抢救成功率86.0%。结论：对重型脑出血患者除了及时有效的临床急救，临床观察和精心的护理也具有重要临床应用价值，可提高患者抢救成功率和降低伤残、死亡率。
