 摘要目的：建立用毛细管气相色谱法对白酒中甲醇含量进行测定的分析方法。方法：应用气相色谱法。结果：分离组分分离度好，结果令人满意。结论：该方法线性关系好，精密度、准确度高，且操作简便、快速，适用于白酒中甲醇含量的测定。
