 摘要目的：对每例死亡孕产妇病例进行了认真评审、分析，为降低孕产妇死亡率提供科学依据。方法：收集四平市孕产妇死亡病例，明确根本死因，提出干预措施。结果：孕产妇死亡4例，死亡率62.06/10万。结论：采取干预措施，可有效降低孕产妇死亡率。
