 摘要目的：在临床中，房颤是最常见的心律失常之一，可以导致患者出现心功能不全、栓塞等，对人类的生命健康产生严重的危害。房颤的药物治疗应根据房颤的分型、并发症以及有无器质性心脏病进行方案的制定，以达到最好的治疗效果，提高患者生活质量。本文选取1例诊断为房颤合并高血压、高脂血症患者，分析对其所用抗心律失常药物治疗方案的合理性及有效性，促进临床合理用药。
