 摘要目的：探讨颈部肿瘤及肿瘤样病变的CT诊断效果。方法：2011年3月-2013年3月收治颈部肿瘤及肿瘤样病变患者40例，作为研究对象，回顾性分析其CT诊断资料。结果：肿瘤转移10例，颈部多形腺瘤8例，颈部腮裂囊肿7例，神经鞘瘤5例，颈部淋巴管囊肿和颈部神经纤维瘤分别3例，淋巴结核和血管畸形分别2例。结论：CT应用于颈部肿瘤及肿瘤样病变的临床诊断，准确性高且安全可靠，值得临床推广。

 AbstractObjective：To explore the CT diagnosis effect of neck tumor and tumorlike lesion.Methods：40 cases with neck tumor and tumorlike lesion were selected from March 2011 to March 2013.They were as the research objects.The CT diagnosis data were retrospectively analyzed.Results：10 cases were tumor metastasis；8 cases were neck pleomorphic adenoma；7 cases were neck branchial cleft cyst；5 cases were neurilemmoma；3 cases were neck lymphatic cyst；3 cases were neck nerve fibroma；2 cases were scrofula；2 cases were vascular malformation.Conclusion：The application of CT in clinical diagnosis of neck tumor and tumorlike lesion has high accuracy ...... 第 1 2 页 下一页
