 摘要目的：观察神经根型颈椎病的正骨推拿加牵引治疗后的临床效果。方法：对50例神经根型颈椎病患者采用中医正骨推拿手法加牵引治疗及自我保健方法进行治疗。结果：经正骨推拿手法加牵引治疗后临床疗效确切，总有效率98.0%。结论：神经根型颈椎病采用正骨推拿加颈椎牵引疗效确切，在临床上可广泛应用。
