 摘要目的：探讨人禽流感院前急救中医护人员的防护与消毒。方法：2010年2月12-20日转运疑似人禽流感患者14例，在转运过程中遵守工作流程，严格执行防护、消毒隔离制度。结果：院前转运工作结束以后，参加转运工作的司机、医护人员没有发生疑似禽流感感染症状。结论：提高院前急救司机、医护人员的防护意识，加强防护、消毒隔离措施，能有效地避免人禽流感在院前转运中的感染传播。
