 摘要目的：讨论外科手术感染的处理。方法：2013年6月-11月收治手术感染患者40例，分析手术感染原因，探讨其处理和预防。结果：术后切口感染的发生与手术性质、手术种类、抗生素的应用具有一定的相关性，与年龄、手术时间、住院时间呈正相关。结论：重视手术感染问题，有效处理能够预防手术感染。
