 摘要目的：探讨分化型甲状腺癌手术治疗的方式、效果。方法：2007年6月-2013年3月收治分化型甲状腺癌患者176例，回顾分析其临床资料。结果：176例均行甲状腺切除术，无一例患者发生手术死亡，2例患者术后发生喉返神经损伤，术后4～5个月恢复正常；在行双侧甲状腺全切术的患者中，21例患者术后出现低钙性抽搐，经补钙后恢复正常。术后随访1～6年，再手术5例，颈部淋巴结转移4例，骨转移2例。结论：分化型甲状腺癌行甲状腺手术治疗是首选方法。
