 摘要目的：观察应用PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的手术方法和临床疗效。方法：回顾分析应用PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折41例。结果：28例获得随访，随访时间6～14个月，平均8.1个月。均无不愈合和延迟愈合，无深部感染，无髋内翻，无肺部感染及深静脉血栓形成等并发症。依据Harris髋关节功能评分标准进行疗效评定，优14例，良11例，中3例，平均优良率89.2%。结论：PFNA是一种治疗老年性股骨粗隆间骨折的理想方法。
