 摘要目的：探讨自体输血在急诊宫外孕手术中的应用体会。方法：2002年1月-2007年12月收治宫外孕手术患者45例，给予术中自体输血治疗，观察其临床疗效。结果：45例患者术中一般情况均好转，未发生输血反应，术后亦无明显感染，肝、肾功能无损害。结论：自体输血是抢救内出血患者的一种有效方法，操作简单，无需特殊的器械、材料，在基层医院值得推广。
