摘 要 目的：探讨健康教育在铁路职工健康体检中的作用。方法：在体检工作的检前、检中、检后各阶段，开展健康知识宣传讲座、发放宣传资料、健康咨询以及诊断结果干预对策建议。结果：铁路职工对常见病防治知识有了进一步的了解和掌握；防病意识不断增强；健康体检参检率逐年提高。结论：实施健康教育，宣传普及健康科学文化知识，提高卫生保健知识，真正做到无病防病、有病早治。
