 摘 要 目的：探讨小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的护理体会。方法：2011年10月-2013年6月收治小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患者92例，所有患者给予阿奇霉素静滴治疗，同时给予雾化、拍背、吸痰等辅助手段治疗。结果：经过积极治疗，92例患儿全部治愈康复出院。结论：悉心的护理能增加患儿及家属对医务人员的信任，防止重症肺炎和并发症的发生，提高生存质量。
