 摘 要 急性心肌梗死是内科急症，常合并心律失常，且常常呈持续性、阵发性、多样性的变化，因此护理至关重要。故要求护士要学习心电图知识，严密观察心电监护的变化，及早提供信息，协助医生做好治疗，控制心律失常的发生，从而降低死亡率。
