 摘 要 急性重型肝炎合并大疱性皮肤松解症是肝病中最严重的疾病之一，死亡率较高，如治疗不及时或护理不当，很容易导致死亡。本文简要介绍1例急性重型肝炎合并大疱性皮肤松解症的护理。

 Abstract Acute severe hepatitis complicated with bullous skin loose solution is one of the most serious diseases in liver diseases.The mortality rate is high.If the patient do not receive timely treatment and effective nursing，it easily leads to death.This paper briefly introduces the nursing of 1 case of acute severe hepatitis complicated with bullous skin loose solution.
