 摘 要 目的：总结冠心病患者临床护理疗效及探讨冠心病临床护理的对策。方法：收治冠心病患者74例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：在74例患者中，显效23例，有效49例，无效2例，总有效率97.30%。结论：合理药物治疗及优质的护理干预能提高冠心病患者治疗的依从性和主动性，有效减轻患者痛苦，提高生活质量，控制病情。

 Abstract Objective：To summarize the clinical curative effect of nursing of patients with coronary heart disease，to explore the clinical nursing of coronary heart disease.Methods：74 cases with coronary heart disease were selected.We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data.Results：In 74 cases，23 cases were markedly effective；49 cases were effective；2 cases were invalid；the total efficiency was 97.30%.Conclusion：Rational drug therapy and the quality of nursing intervention can improve the compliance and active treatment in patients with coronary heart disease ......
