 摘 要 目的：总结X线片和CT诊断胸部创伤性肺出血的临床经验，进一步提高正确诊断率。方法：2012年3月-2013年12月收治胸部创伤性肺出血患者60例，所有患者均进行X线片和CT检查。结果：在60例患者中，肺内血肿7例(11.7%)，创伤性肺囊肿10例(16.7%)，肺实质实变影22例(36.7%)，肺间质性改变21例(35.0%)，均表现出相应的X线和CT表现。结论：对于胸部创伤的患者要尽快进行X线片和CT检查，对诊断胸部创伤性肺出血有着重要的意义。
