 摘 要 目的：探讨腹股沟疝无张力修补术局部麻醉的应用体会。方法：收治腹股沟疝患者39例，应用局部麻醉下行无张力疝修补术，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：39例腹股沟疝患者局麻下行无张力疝修补术效果满意，无术后麻醉及原合并症的并发症发生。结论：局部麻醉应用成人腹股沟疝无张力修补手术，此方法安全、简便、经济、有效，创伤小，恢复快，扩宽了手术指征，值得推广。
