 摘 要 目的：探讨低位直肠癌保肛手术的临床效果。方法：2004年1月-2011年1月收治低位直肠癌保肛手术患者68例，对其进行回顾性分析。结果：术后死亡1例、吻合口瘘3例、切口感染4例，无大便失禁及吻合口狭窄。术后随访3年内局部复发3例，3年生存率70.6%。结论：低位直肠癌保肛手术局部复发率和生存率与Miles术无明显差异，可作为低位直肠癌首选术式。
