 摘 要 目的：讨论老年人上消化道穿孔手术治疗效果。方法：2012年12月-2014年2月收治老年上消化道穿孔手术患者60例，全面回顾分析其手术资料及临床治疗方法，总结进行临床手术治疗的要求及注意事项。结果：通过不同手术治疗，治愈率92%，在很大程度上改善了患者的生活质量。结论：针对老年上消化道穿孔手术的患者一定要进行及时的诊断，掌握准确的手术时机，在选择手术方法时，要针对患者的实际情况进行手术分析，降低临床手术死亡率，可以有效的保证患者的健康。
