摘 要 目的：通过分析治疗消化内科疾病的用药不合理情况，找到使治疗过程中的用药安全得到提高的措施。方法：选取近3年就诊的300例患者的处方进行分析，并对其中的用药不合理情况进行观察分析。结果：在本次选取的300例患者的处方中，共有46张不合理处方；其中有11张不合理药物理化性质，16张药理拮抗，9张不合理药动学，10张不合理临床指征。结论：不合理用药情况在消化内科的临床治疗中仍有诸多存在，需要采取有效措施对这一情况进行解决，以达到提高用药合理的水平。
