 摘 要 目的：牙周病是口腔的常见病、多发病，是导致成人牙齿缺失的主要原因之一。牙周病是多因素疾病，其中牙菌斑生物膜是其主要的致病因素，菌斑微生物是引发牙周病必不可少的始动因子。因此，菌斑控制是牙周病预防和治疗的关键。本文主要从牙刷、牙线、刷牙方法等机械措施及药物方法对菌斑控制的方法作一综述。
