 摘 要 目的：探讨强直性脊柱炎的综合治疗及护理体会。方法：收治强直性脊柱炎患者59例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：在59例患者中，显效30例(50.85%)，有效26例(44.07%)，无效3例(5.08%)。总有效率94.92%。结论：强直性脊柱炎患者接受积极的综合治疗和护理，可达到满意的治疗效果。
