 摘 要 扩张型心肌病的心律失常发病率高且多样易变，故护理人员应该有高度的责任心，加强对心律失常的护理，握心电图知识，及时发现病情变化，并有效控制扩张型心肌病患者恶性心律失常事件的发生。同时，做好心理护理，减轻患者痛苦，树立战胜疾病的信心，提高患者的生活质量。
