 摘 要 目的：探讨益气活血通络治疗颈椎病的效果。方法：2009-2012年收治颈椎病患者65例，均采用益气活血通络法治疗。结果：显效40例，有效32例，无效3例，总有效率95.4%。结论：益气活血通络治疗颈椎病疗效显著，能够有效地改善椎动脉动力学的紊乱状态。且未发现有不良反应，患者依从性较好，值得在临床上应用。
