摘 要 目的：探讨甲状腺摄碘率30%的患者作为对照组进行治疗，并对治疗后的甲亢治愈率和甲减发生率进行分析。结果：在经过6个月的治疗后，两组的甲低发生率和治愈率并无明显的差异。结论：131I治疗适用于低甲状腺摄碘率甲亢患者且疗效显著。
