 摘 要 目的：探讨先天性耳前瘘管患者感染后，采取提早手术干预的方法的临床疗效。方法：自2002年5月收治先天性耳前瘘管感染患者75例，在切开排脓后5～7天内行先天性耳前瘘管摘除术。结果：本组患者均获痊愈。随访半年，无一例复发，无一例发生术后切口感染、耳郭软骨膜炎等近期并发症。结论：先天性耳前瘘管感染时不需要等到化脓性伤口完全愈合，早期切除耳前瘘管病灶及脓腔的肉芽组织，有利伤口的愈合。
