摘 要 目的：观察静脉麻醉方式在B超引导下麦默通乳房肿块旋切术中疗效。方法：为50例患者实施静脉麻醉，在B超引导下行乳房肿块旋切术，调查患者及手术者对此麻醉方式的满意度。结果： 90%的患者对手术感到紧张，80%的患者对手术中可能发生的疼痛表示在意，通过改变传统的局部浸润麻醉方式，94%的患者对在静脉麻醉方式下行乳房肿块旋切手术表示满意。结论：静脉麻醉在B超引导下麦默通乳房肿块旋切术中的应用效果良好。
