摘 要 目的：探讨综合医院住院老年心血管病患者伴焦虑情绪的现状及原因与分析。方法：采用一般情况调查表、焦虑情绪测量表，对292例住院老年心血管病患者进行问卷调查。结果：住院老年心血管病患者伴焦虑情绪发生率66.2%。结论：老年心血管病患者伴焦虑情绪率相当高，原因比较多，需引起广大心血管内科医师及精神科医师的足够重视。
