摘 要 慢性非传染性疾病的发病与心理、社会、生物等多种因素有关。社区卫生服务机构作为最基层的卫生服务单位，应该让慢性非传染性疾病在社区卫生服务站的管理和干预下，让患者自己承担起维护健康的责任。同时，动员全社区参与，使社会、家庭均承担起维护居民健康的责任。社区卫生服务工作的重点将要放在如何提高居民及慢病患者危险因素改变率及慢病患者随访依从性，从根本上降低慢性病的发病率，服务于人民。
