摘 要 目的：探讨PDCA程序在ICU气管插管患者非计划性拔管中的应用。方法：运用PDCA的程序设定“降低非计划性拔管率”为目标，进行现状把握，原因分析，制定措施，效果评价。结果：通过应用PDCA程序后，2013年1月-6月非计划性拔管的发生率下降至0.5%，比2012年6月-12月下降了3%。结论：PDCA在降低非计划性拔管率中的应用效果显著。
