摘 要 新生儿的病情变化迅速，常常需要进行反复多次的采血检测为临床诊断、抢救、用药提供重要的依据，以了解病情的变化，调整治疗的策略。而采血所带来的一系列问题也引起了国内外研究者的关注。本文就如何选择合理采血方法、新生儿疼痛评估工具、降低穿刺给新生儿所带来的疼痛、此方向研究的展望进行了探讨。
