 摘 要 目的：探讨坏疽性阑尾炎行的手术技巧与方法。方法：2005年4月-2013年4月收治坏疽性阑尾炎患者84例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：发生腹腔脓肿2例，切口感染延迟愈合3例，并发粘连性肠梗阻2例。其余未见发生粪瘘、出血及门静脉炎等。结论：坏疽性阑尾炎手术应该根据术中情况选择合理术式，保证手术质量，减少副损伤，确保术后安全。
