摘 要 目的：观察氨氯地平联合坎地沙坦治疗非杓型高血压的疗效。方法：收治非杓型高血压患者49例，随机分为氨氯地平治疗组，氨氯地平联合坎地沙坦治疗组，治疗1个疗程后观察24小时动态血压。结果：氨氯地平联合坎地沙坦组对控制非杓型高血压优于氨氯地平组。结论：氨氯地平联合坎地沙坦治疗非杓性高血压疗效显著。

Abstract Objective：To explore the effect of amlodipine combined with candesartan in the treatment of nondippers hypertension.Methods：49 cases with nondippers hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the amlodipine treatment group and amlodipine plus candesartan treatment group.After 1 course of treatment，we observed 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure.Results：The effect of amlodipine combined with candesartan in the treatment of nondippers hypertension was better than the amlodipine treatment group ......
