摘 要 目的：分析下呼吸道感染患者痰培养病原菌分布及耐药性。方法：收集患者痰培养标本1 555份，进行病原菌检测。结果：分离出病原菌396株，阳性率25.4%。结论：医院应定期进行感染监测，及时掌握病原菌的分布特点和对抗菌药物的耐药情况，对指导临床医生合理使用抗生素、控制病原菌耐药性的发展有着重要意义。
